Our Team
Angie Kerr, AuD
Audiologist
Dr. Angie Kerr has owned and led Northwest Alabama Hearing Clinic since 2005. She earned her doctorate in Audiology from the University of Florida, holds a B.S. degree in Communication Disorders and an M.S. degree in Audiology from the University of Montevallo. She received her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association and maintains licensure to practice audiology in Alabama.

Patient Care Coordinator
Crystal has been actively serving the patients of Northwest Alabama Hearing Clinic for over a year. She has a passion for helping patients improve their hearing health and spends her time coordinating services, booking appointments and helping patients learn more about their condition and treatment plan. Everyone that calls or stops by our office compliments Crystal on her sweet voice and welcoming demeanor. She treats everyone she encounters with care and respect and is a valuable resource for patients as they move through their hearing health journey.

Concierge
When you visit Northwest Alabama Hearing Clinic, you’ll be greeted by Margaret, our office concierge and Dr. Kerr’s mother! Margaret serves patients by answering calls and assisting them, scheduling appointments, keeping patient records organized and ensuring the day-to-day office operations run smoothly. Thanks to her background in insurance, Margaret has extensive customer service experience and loves greeting and getting to know our patients. She has four kids and seven grandkids, and in her free time, Margaret loves spending time with her family and attending church.
